DISCLOS / PRICING
THREE WAYS INTO EU AI ACT COMPLIANCE
One price ladder, no surprises. Run the free tools yourself, pay for monitoring, or buy the full audit. All three lead to the same place: a product that meets the EU AI Act.
FREE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES — €0
The free tier for small teams, startups, and solo founders. Run the tools yourself, no signup and no card: a penalty calculator, an Annex III high-risk check, an Article 50 disclosure generator, a one-line SDK in 24 EU languages, a scope check, and MCP servers for Claude and Cursor.
MONITORING — €49 PER MONTH OR €540 PER YEAR
Most founders pick this. Start with a free trial, then €49 per month or €540 per year, which is two months free on the annual plan. We watch your live site every week and confirm the Article 50 disclosure is still there, score your compliance out of 100, auto-classify every AI feature you register and alert you when one changes, and track every obligation that applies to you.
THE AUDIT — €997 ONE TIME
A human reads the Act and your product and delivers a full readiness report in five business days. It includes twelve months of monitoring free. Refund guaranteed if the audit does not get you ready for your deadline. You pay €997 to Stripe and the intake form opens after payment.

INCLUDED FREE: 12 MONTHS OF EU AI ACT MONITORING
Every audit comes with a full year of EU AI Act monitoring at no extra cost. After your audit, we keep watching the EU AI Act for you. When something changes that affects you, such as new guidance, an amendment, or an approaching deadline, we email you in plain English with what it means and what to do. No subscription. Monitoring and alerts only, not legal advice. EU AI Act scope only.
WHAT DOES €997 ACTUALLY BUY YOU?
The Article 99(4) penalty band — which covers Article 50 transparency violations and Annex III high-risk obligations — is up to €15,000,000 or 3% of worldwide annual turnover, whichever is higher. The €35M / 7% ceiling applies only to Article 5 prohibited practices (social scoring, mass biometric surveillance) — not typical SaaS. €997 is 0.007% of the minimum €15M cap. We treat it as insurance, not consulting.
FULL REFUND. NO QUESTIONS.
If you implement the audit recommendations and your product is still found non-compliant with Article 50 of the EU AI Act by 2 August 2026, you receive a full refund. No partial refunds, no conditions, no arbitration clause.
The refund window is: from the date of audit delivery to 2 August 2026. If you receive the audit and choose not to implement the fixes, the refund does not apply — the guarantee covers implementation, not ignoring the report.
We are this confident because we have read the Act. Every disclosure requirement in the report cites the specific article it satisfies.
